The Alliance Mission

The mission of the Latin Elite Alliance is to help increase traffic and awareness to Latin web sites while working to make a difference for the Latin community in cyberspace.

The Alliance was created to bring a union between the best 10 Latin web sites in order to achieve a higher level and depth within each site. With this union, each site will show its members banners (a cgi banner rotation code will be provided to the member to place on their site) in the front and main pages of their site to promote traffic into their fellow member’s site. Furthermore, the member must also provide a link to the "Latin Elite Alliance" web page to show off the member’s banners and get traffic to their site as well.

In addition, this Alliance is formed to help one another to improve their web sites. With a tight bond between all the members, we can gain knowledge from each of their member’s skills and capabilities in order to further ourselves.

How To Join The Alliance

The following are the requirements that the potential member must meet in order to join the alliance:

1. The individual’s web site must have been around for at least one year.
2. Only a maximum of 10 members can join the Alliance.
3. The individual who wishes to join the Alliance must have their site reviewed by the current members before it can join or not. A decision will be rendered to the individual about joining the Alliance when the review is over.
4. The individual’s web site must contain a Latin nature and contribute to the Latin community in cyberspace.
5. The individual’s web site must not contain any gang-related material, pornography, or any other illegal or immoral elements of any kind.
6. The above rules for joining are made and sought by the discretion of the members in the Alliance and can be changed at anytime when seen fit in order to keep the Alliance in existence.

Rules and Regulation of the Alliance Members

The following are the rules and regulations that a member must follow in order to stay a Latin Elite:

1. All members must obtain an ICQ number in order to communicate with other members and attend online meetings to discuss matters concerning the Alliance and other subjects when needed.
2. All members must be able to help one another at a reasonable level when the need arises.
3. All members must have a mailing list of some type to inform their viewers when their site has been updated.
4. All members must place the "Latin Elite Alliance" banner at the front and main pages of their site in order to increase traffic between the member’s site.
5. All members must be able to update their site at least once a month.
6. All members must conduct themselves in a mature and professional matter in cyberspace in order to set a good example about its members and organization.
